Bow Wow Luau

PSVC would like to encourage exhibitors (and the judges) to dress as if on a vacation.  Because this show will be OUTDOORS during what is normally the hottest part of the year, shorts and Hawaiian style attire is highly encouraged. Overdressing may be hazardous to your health. But, also be aware, this IS the Pacific Northwest, summer rain showers are as likely as 100 degree weather, thus we suggest you be prepared for  just about anything!
